Allen Ray Jones

ALLEN RAY JONES, 64, of Weirton, WV, passed Monday, March 10, 2025 at WVU – Weirton Medical Center. He was born November 21, 1960 in Weirton, son of the late Ralph and Dorothy Quinn Jones. He is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Patricia Louise Jones (July 2023); infant daughter, Jennifer Marie Jones (1980); brother, Eddie Jones (November 2024); sisters, Jeanie Jones and Karen Howell.

Allen was a social member of American Legion Post No. 10 in Weirton and was an excellent pool player.

He is survived by brothers, Ronnie Jones (Donna Gialluco) and Michael “Mike” Jones (Corrina Davidson) of Weirton; sisters, Patty Vaughan of Mannington, WV and Debra Moore (Larry Guio) of Weirton; stepson, Bud Shriver, Sr.; stepgrandchildren, Buddy, Jr., Sindell, Jeania, and Nevaeh; his Uncle Carl Quinn (Sharon); his Aunt Elizabeth King (Marty Anderson) and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will take place Thursday, March 13, from 3pm to 6pm, at Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home, 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV, where the funeral will be held Friday at 10am with Pastor John Kotsanos presiding. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
