Arthur D. Cain

ARTHUR D. CAIN, 91 of New Cumberland, WV passed away Tuesday March 29, 2016 at Acuity Hospital at Weirton. He was born August 4, 1924 in Wylieville, WV. He was the son of the late Samuel and Victoria Smith Cain. He was also preceded in death by son, Terry Cain; five sisters and four brothers. Art was a faithful member of the Weirton Heights Church of Christ. He served his country in the US Army, WWII, Pacific theater. He retired from National Steel Corp./Weirton Division as a pipefitter in the blooming mill. Surviving are his wife of 70 years, his love of his life and best friend, Wilda Kuhens Cain; daughters, Patty Biondillo (fiance Gary Shearn) of Weirton, WV, Beverly Shultz (Larry) of Chester, WV; daughter in law, Carol Cain of Middlebourne, WV; sister, Vereda "Rita" Dailey of Weirton, WV; grandchildren, Brian Shultz (Laura), Christina Wilkinson (Eddie), Rosh Cain (Rachael); two step grandchildren, five great grandchildren; one great great grandchild. Visitation will be Friday April 1, 2016 1-3 & 5-7 at the WEIRTON HEIGHTS CHURCH of CHRIST, 3169 Pennsylvania Avenue, Weirton, WV where the funeral will be held Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Evangelist Steve Smithbauer presiding.
