Barbara Jean Burdine

BARBARA JEAN BURDINE, 60 of Weirton, WV passed away on Saturday May 26, 2018 in the home that she loved with the husband that she loved most. She was born May 27, 1957 in Ripley, WV. The daughter of the late William Reger Smith and Betty Jean Wilson Smith. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Joey Sutton; brothers, Ronnie and Bruce Smith.

Barbara was a loving person who would do anything for anyone. She was employed for many years as a registered nurse in home health care.

Surviving are her husband, Joseph Paul Burdine, Sr.; daughter, Tonya Tilley (Andrew) of Huntington, WV; son, Matthew Burdine (Lucy); sisters, Melissa Hengstler (John) of Hastings, FL, Lynette Williams (Hudson) of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, Mckenzie, Chelsea, and Jasmine; great grandson, Caiden.

Visitation will be Sunday June 3, 2018 1:00 p.m. until time of the memorial service at 2:00 p.m. at The Marland Heights Community Church, 3900 Brightway, Weirton, WV. Pastor John Westling will preside.
