Charles S. Williams

CHARLES S. WILLIAMS, 82, of Paris, PA, passed Saturday December 23, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center. He was born November 27, 1941 in New Freeport, PA, son of the late Phillip Glenn Williams and Maude Bellard Williams. He is also preceded in death by his loving wife of 41 years, Trixie L. Williams; brothers, Loring "Bud" and Sherle; sisters, Laverne, Maryann and Carol.

Charles was a US Army veteran stationed in Anchorage, AK. He was a lifetime member of the Weirton Termite Baseball Association. He worked in the blast furnace of Weirton Steel Corporation. He was an avid hunter, and most of all, loved his grandkids.

He is survived by sons, Shawn Williams (Tawnya) of Bulger, PA and Vance Williams (Lynn) of Paris, PA; grandchildren, Brent, Rachel, Madison and Anabella; brother, James (Sharon); and sisters, Ruth and Caren.

Per Charles's wishes, there will be no visitation. Inurnment will take place at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Weirton, WV.
