DEANNA NICHOLE TIBBS, 21 of Weirton, WV passed away Saturday April 9, 2016. She was born May 8, 1994 in Weirton, WV. The daughter of Robert Dale Tibbs and Dawn Marie Riggs. She was also preceded in death by grandmother Margaret Tibbs; Great grandfather, Glen Jay Riggs.
Surviving is her sister, Ciara Elaine Tibbs; grandmother, Sheila Stewart of Follansbee, WV; grandfather, Kenneth Riggs of Wellsburg, WV; Pap Bubba Greg Leaton; great-grandmother, Betty Sue Bennett; nephew, Brayden Dale Corey; aunt, Lynde Riggs; cousins, Jennifer Sandy and Nicholas Cody Tibbs.
Visitation will be Thursday April 14, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral at 11:00 a.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 3721 Main Street, Weirton, WV with Pastor Kendon Alexander officiating. Burial will follow at Union Cemetery, New Manchester, WV.
