Denise Brown Obituary
DENISE E. BROWN, 64 of Weirton, WV passed away unexpectedly Saturday June 24, 2017 at home. She was born October 25, 1952 in Weirton, WV. The daughter of the late Louis and Lorene Veal Brown. She was also preceded in death by sisters, Claudia Sims, Evonne Jones; brother, Richard Brown.
Denise was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 25 year club of Weirton Steel Company. She was a Madonna High School graduate. Years ago she was employed at the former WSTV TV 9 as a receptionist. Presently, and for many years, she has been employed at Arcelor Mittal in the Strip Steel office as a scheduler.
Surviving are her sisters, Viola Boxley (Donald) of Fort Collins, CO, Harriet Hyman (Billy) of Steubenville, OH, Christine Brown of Pittsburgh, PA, Debbie Horston (Reynard) of Steubenville, OH, Sandy Brown of Weirton, WV, Audrey Brown of Pittsburgh, PA, Julie Brown of Weirton, WV; brothers, William Brown of Martins Ferry, OH, Tommy Brown, Paul Brown, Jerry Brown, all of Weirton, WV.
Visitation will be Wednesday June 28, 2017 3:00-7:00 p.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 3721 Main Street, Weirton, WV where the funeral/committal services will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Rudy M. McAllister presiding. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
