Donna Rae Buzzard

DONNA RAE BUZZARD, 78 of Colliers, WV passed away Friday September 29, 2017 at home surrounded by her family. She was born October 7, 1938 in Colliers, WV. She was the daughter of the late Charles F. and Rose Corrinne Weimer Lutes. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Burl Buzzard (2009); daughter, Rosemary Weekley; grandson, Ted Stroud, Jr.; brother, David Lutes; sister, Ruth Lutes.

Donna was a member of Colliers United Methodist Church. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Surviving are her daughters, Sandra Dodd (Larry, Jr.) of New Cumberland, WV, Sue Chiodi (Domenic) of Colliers, WV; sisters, Rita Sigley, of TN, Brenda McVicker (David) of NC, Saundra Thompson of FL, Carol Truax of Colliers, WV; grandchildren, Larry Dodd, III, Amanda Watkins, Tim Taylor, II, Lindsay Santos (Robson), Marissa Chiodi; six great grandchildren.

There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held in the near future. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Weirton, WV.
