Dorothy "Dottie" Ann Hornak

DOROTHY "DOTTIE" Ann HORNAK, 85 of Weirton, WV passed away Monday September 4, 2017 at Mary Ann Manor, Follansbee, WV. She was born July 16, 1932 in Albion, PA. She was the daughter of the late Tom J. and Ann Pakka Koski. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Henry "Hank" Hornak (2011).

Dottie was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. Former member of GFWC Weirton Womens Club, AARP, Three Score Seniors. She was also a former Avon representative.

Surviving are her daughter, Kathy Nicholson (Don) of Columbus, OH; sons, Ken Hornak of Estero, FL, Don Hornak (Judy) of Weirton, WV; brother, Richard Koski of Henderson, NV; grandsons, Blake Nicholson & Christopher Hornak.

Visitation will be Wednesday September 6, 2017 1:00 p.m. until time of the memorial service at 2:00 p.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV with Reverend Kevin L. Bowers presiding. Inurnment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
