Ellen R. Reese

ELLEN R. REESE, 83 of Follansbee, WV formerly of Weirton, WV passed away Friday June 30, 2017 at Trinity Medical Center West, Steubenville, OH. She was born August 5, 1933 in Weirton, WV. She was the daughter of the late Raymond Leroy Spear and Elfreada Casterton Spear. She was also preceded in death by a son, Billy Ray Reese, Jr.(2011), brother, Frank Spear.

Ellen was a former member of Weirton Heights Memorial Baptist Church prior to moving to Missouri.

Surviving are her husband, Billy Ray Reese, Sr.;daughters, Terri Burton (Dave) of Goodman, MO, Marjie Harris (Bruce) of Weirton, WV, Bobbi Morgan of Follansbee, WV;brother, Allan Spear, Sr. (Beverly) of Alachua, FL; six grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one great great grandchild.

Visitation will be at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV on Wednesday July 5, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until time of the funeral/committal services at 6:00 p.m. with Reverend Kevin L. Bowers presiding. Burial will be private at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Florence, PA.
