Eulah Hawkins Obituary
EULAH M. HAWKINS, 89 of Colliers, WV passed away Wednesday February 1, 2017 at Acuity Hospital at Weirton. She was born March 31, 1927 in Nitro, WV. She was the daughter of the late Howard and Rushia Rebecca Knight Bailey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Simon "Roy" Hawkins(9-11-2010); sisters, Ruth McFarland, Jean Escue; brother, James Bailey.
Eulah attended the Salvation Army, Weirton Corps for over 50 years where she also belonged to the Home League.
Surviving are her daughters, Judy L. Welsh(late Michael R. Welsh) of Colliers, WV, Jeanne R. Marinacci(Nicholas J. Marinacci) of Weirton, WV; son, Donald R. "Buck" Hawkins(Belinda S. Hawkins) of Colliers, WV; brothers, Jack Bailey(Barbara) of Scotts Depot, WV, Rev. Paul Bailey(Wanda) of Follansbee, WV; grandchildren, Jonathan Troy Hawkins(Kristan) and Breanna Dawn Hawkins; great grandchildren, Gunner James, Bear Mercer, Maverick Troy, Gracie Jane.
Visitation will be Sunday February 5, 2017 4:00-6:00 p.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV where the funeral/committal services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Don Stilgenbauer presiding. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gunner and Gracie Hawkins Cystic Fibrosis fund, c/o Donald "Buck" Hawkins, 4919 Eldersville Road, Colliers, WV 26035.
