Evelyn Simmons Obituary
EVELYN L. SIMMONS, 81 of Weirton, WV passed away Saturday June 3, 2017 at Life Line Hospital, Wintersville, OH. She was born March 6, 1936 in Hollidays Cove, WV. She was the daughter of the late Earl Howard Keeder and Gladys Samuel Keeder. She was also preceded in death by her husband of nearly 50 years, Edward R. "CY" Simmons (2009); brother, Chuck Keeder.
Evelyn was a member of the First Christian Church. She retired from Gus's Goodies.
Surviving are her daughter, Louise Simmons; son, Howard Simmons, both of Weirton, WV.
Visitation will be Tuesday June 6, 2017 2-4 & 6-8 at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV where the funeral/committal services will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend Kevin L. Bowers presiding. Burial will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
