Franklin Helmick Obituary
FRANKLIN E. HELMICK, 76 of Weirton, WV passed away Thursday May 10, 2018 at Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH. He was born May 19, 1941 in Everett, PA. The son of the late Chancy and Amanda Boor Helmick. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Beverly Ann Helmick; sister, Dessie Helmick; brother, Donald Helmick.
Franklin retired as a heavy equipment operator from Local No.132, Steubenville, OH.
Surviving are his wife, Rebecca Conover Helmick; sons, Ricky Helmick of Petersburg, WV, Randy Helmick of Moorefield, WV, Matthew Helmick of Weirton, WV; sister, Florence Truax of Clearville, PA; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
There will be no visitation. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Weirton, WV.
