Jack Andrew Waldeck

JACK ANDREW WALDECK, 78 of Weirton, WV passed away Wednesday May 4, 2016 at home. He was born October 1, 1937 in Burnsville, WV. He was the son of the late Clifford and Annetta Louther Waldeck. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Cliftine Simmons; brother, Hubert Waldeck; granddaughter in law, Jenifer Kmetz.

Jack was a Christian and Baptist. He retired from the Finished Products Warehouse of Weirton Steel Corp. as a shipping foreman.

Surviving are his wife of nearly 61 years, Alice McDougal Waldeck; daughters, Joyce Kmetz, Karen Wilson(Ken), all of Weirton, WV; son, Michael Waldeck(Carol) of Follansbee, WV; grandchildren, Joseph Kmetz(Chelsea) Heather Ramsey(Dan), Derek, Luke, Brent Waldeck, Andrew and Matthew Wilson, Jessica Williams(Dave); 12 great grandchildren, including Hannah, Jackson, and Carson Kmetz; nephew, Ralph "Buddy" Linville(Sherry).

Visitation will be Friday May 6, 2016 11:00 a.m. until time of the funeral/committal services at 12:00 p.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV where Pastor Randy Payne will preside. Interment will follow at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Florence, PA.
