James White, Sr. Obituary
JAMES K. WHITE, SR., 95 of Weirton, WV passed away Wednesday March 28, 2018 at Life Line Hospital, Wintersville, OH. He was born November 28, 1922 in Pittsburgh, PA. He was the son of the late Mildred White Morton and stepson of the late Frank Morton. James was also preceded in death by his first wife of 52 years, Doris White (1997).
He was a member and former deacon at Cove Presbyterian Church; a member of AARP. James retired from Turner's Dairy, Penn Hills, PA after 35 years.
Surviving are his wife, Jean Askin White; daughters, Pat Biesecker (Dale) of Follansbee, WV, Kathy Croft (Tom) of Wind Ridge, PA; son, James K. "Butch" White (Carol) of North Ridgeville, OH; six grandchildren; one great grandson (James K. White IV). Also surviving are many step children, step grandchildren, and step great grandchildren.
As per Jim's request, there will be no visitation. Inurnment will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Weirton, WV.
