JOAN "ECHO-JO" LOCHER, 62 of Weirton, WV passed away Thursday April 14, 2016. She was born June 7, 1953 in Columbus, OH. She was the daughter of the late Roy Nolan Wright and Agnes Pauline Thomas Wright. Joan was also preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Fegal(1998); brother, Steven Nolan Jensen.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth Dale Locher; sister, Carol Ann Lee; brother, Robert Lee Knechtel.
Joan retired from Weirton Medical Center as an echocardiogram technician.
Visitation will be Monday April 18, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. until time of the funeral/committal services at 11:00 a.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV where Pastor Marlin Hawley will preside. Interment will be at St. John Cemetery, Colliers, WV.
