KENNETH R. KERR, SR., 88 of Weirton, WV passed away Thursday August 3, 2017 at home. He was born December 25, 1928 in Follansbee, WV. He was the son of the late Edward and Geneva Mull Kerr. He was also preceded in death by a son, Kenneth R. Kerr, Jr.
Ken was a member of the First Christian Church; US Army, Korean War veteran; a 50 year member of Weirton Lodge No. 171, A.F. he retired with 30 years as a City of Weirton police officer.
Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Bernice Duke Kerr; son, Robbie Kerr (Victoria) of Steubenville, OH; grandchildren, Christopher Kerr, Lauren Able, Kenneth R. Kerr, III, Megan Kerr; four great grandchildren.
Private family visitation will be observed. Cremation arrangements per Ken's instruction have been entrusted to STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Weirton, WV.
