LAURA JOAN SUMMERS, 83 of Steubenville, OH passed away Friday May 27, 2016 at The Carriage Inn, Steubenville, OH. She was born December 29, 1932 in Steubenville, OH. She was the daughter of the late Francis and Ida Mae Williams. She was also preceded in death by daughters, Cindy and Patty; sister, Irene.
Surviving are her son, Donald Edward Whitehead of Steubenville, OH; daughter Jerry; sisters, Donna of Phoenix, AZ, Betty of Tucson, AZ; two grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
There will be no visitation. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Weirton, WV.
