Linda B. (Stickler) Gardiner

LINDA B. (STICKLER) GARDINER, formerly of Fort Myers, Florida, and a native of East Liverpool, Ohio, born on June 13th, 1949 and passed away on December 7, 2025, at the Weirton Geriatric Center.

Linda was a graduate of East Liverpool High School and later earned her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from the Ohio Valley Business College in the 1990s.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Craig Gardiner, with whom she shared many years in Carrollton, Texas; her parents, James B. Stickler and Ima (Roberts) Stickler of East Liverpool; and her brothers, James Filkins and Randy Stickler.

Linda is survived by her brother Roger (Dawn) Stickler of East Liverpool; her sisters Sheila Jennings of Columbus, Georgia, and Regina Romano of Fort Myers, Florida; her son Daniel Houck of Woodbury, New Jersey; and her daughter Brianna (Kyle) Sims of Bloomingdale, Ohio. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Abby and Danny Houck, Taylor and Alexis See, and Chase Sims, along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Linda’s daughter extends her heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Weirton Geriatric Center for the exceptional care, kindness, and love shown to Linda over the last four years.

Care has been entrusted to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home. Per Linda’s wishes, no services will be held.
