Mary Ann Eafrati

Mary Ann Eafrati, 68, of Weirton, WV went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, June 10, 2016 at Valley Hospice, Steubenville, OH. She was born May 15, 1948 in Steubenville, Oh. Mary Ann was the daughter of the late Peter Stanley Potock and Mary Kasica Potock. She was also preceded in death by sisters, Delores Potock, Theresa Potock, Josephine Potock; brother, Stanley Potock.

She was a member of Weirrton Heights Memorial Baptist Church and a former member of Kings Creek Union Chapel, where she was a Sunday School teacher and Youth group leader. She "loved the youth and their souls". She was a longtime bowler, and a member of the WBA for 21 years. Mary Ann loved watching the grandkids play their sports. She also enjoyed working with her flowers. She had been employed by the former Jim's Thrift Store and Super X Drug store for many years.

Surviving are her husband of 41 years, Donald Pete Eafrati; daughter, Dawn Welling (Shayne) of Wheeling, WV; son, Scott Eafrati (Megan) of Canonsburg, Pa; brother, Edward Potock of Weirton, WV; grandchildren, Mario, Isaac, and Marciana.

Visitation will be Monday June 13, 2016 2-4 and 6-8 at STEEL &WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC, 3721 Main Stret, Weirton, WV. Additional visitation will be Tuesday 12:30p.m. until time of the funeral at 1:00p.m. at the Weirton Heights Memorial Baptist Church, 121 Ivy Street, Weirton, WV. Pastor Wiliam Stout will preside. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery.
