MELAN "MITCH" BRUICH, 58 of Weirton, WV passed away Saturday January 6, 2018 at UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. He was born May 27, 1959 in Wheeling, WV. He was the son of the late Samuel and Anna "Blackie" Musulin Bruich.
Mitch was a member of the Weirton Heights Memorial Baptist Church; American Legion Post No. 10; B.P.O.E. No.1801; Paris Sportsmens Club.
Mitch is survived by his wife of nearly 24 years, Rhonda Faye Ross Bruich; brother, Samuel Bruich; nephew, Samuel Denton Bruich, all of Weirton, WV, and numerous family and friends.
He was a honest, humble, and kind man. He was employed by the Weirton Area Water Board for the past 40 years, where he was the delinquent accounts supervisor.
Visitation will be Tuesday January 9, 2018 2-4 & 6-8 at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV where the funeral/committal services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor William Stout presiding. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested in Mitch's name to The Gideon's International, P.O. Box 140800, Nashville, TN 37214.
