Priscilla Ann Shields

PRISCILLA ANN SHIELDS, 85, of Weirton, WV, passed Thursday, November 14, 2024 at Weirton Medical Center. She was born August 4, 1939 in Piney Fork, OH, daughter of the late William and Anna Tatar Grabits. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Lester Ray Shields (2020); and aunt, Margaret Ruckman.

Priscilla was a member of First United Presbyterian Church in Mingo Junction, OH. She worked for many years as a computer secretary at Weirton Steel Corporation. She had a love for dogs and cats, especially all her animals through the years.

 Priscilla is survived by her loving family, including her cousins and caretakers, Tammy Ruckman, known to Priscilla as "Tam-Tam", and Terry Ruckman, known to Priscilla as "Terr-doo"; She is also survived by many loving cousins, friends, including Cathy and Rodger, and her 4 cats.

Visitation will take place Tuesday, November 19 from 11am until a short service at 12pm, at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens mausoleum chapel, 135 Gilson Avenue, Weirton. Interment will follow. Arrangements have been entrusted to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home, Weirton.
