Robert Brammer Obituary
ROBERT H. BRAMMER, 88 formerly of Paris, PA passed away Thursday December 14, 2017 at St. John Specialty Care Center, Mars, PA. He was born January 26, 1929 in St. Marys, WV. He was the son of the late Clyde and Eva Wagner Brammer. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Wilma Louise Caldwell Brammer; brother, Clyde Brammer, Jr.
Bob was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene and a US Army, Korean War veteran, having served as in the signal corp. He retired from Weirton Steel Corp. in the coke plant as a millright.
Surviving are his daughters, Karen Murphy (Kevin) of Oak Park, IL, Ellen Morrison (David) of Greenwich, CT, Donna Brammer of Chicago, IL, Paula Dolgos (Dave) of Gibsonia, PA; son, Craig Brammer (Joan) of Harrisburg, PA; brother, Jim Brammer (Pat) of Madison, WV; sisters, Betty Jean Hamilton (Cecil) of St. Marys, WV, Helen Hunt (Paul) of Trenton, GA, Mary Ann Hamilton (Tom) of Marietta, OH; 11 grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday December 17, 2017 1-3 & 6-8 at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV. Additional visitation will be held on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the funeral at 11:00 a.m. at The First Church of the Nazarene, 475 Colliers Way, Weirton, WV with Pastor Brian Richardson and Pastor Larry Barkley presiding. Interment will follow at Chestnut Ridge Cemetery, Florence, PA with military honors rendered by the WV honor guard and American Legion Post No. 10 honor guard.
