Rosemarie Tominack

ROSEMARIE TOMINACK, 78 of Waldorf, MD formerly of Weirton, WV passed away Tuesday December 6, 2016 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born June 8, 1938 in Weirton, WV. She was the daughter of the late Francesco and Edith Reda Provenzano. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Jeanette LaRosa (12-3-2016); brother, Frank A. Provenzano (1985).

Rosemarie was a member of St. Marys of the Sea Catholic Church, Indian Head, MD and St. Peters Catholic Church, Waldorf, MD. She retired as a critical care registered nurse in December 2012 from United Medical Center, Washington, D.C.

Surviving are her husband, Louis H. Tominack; daughter, Michele Tuminello (Michael) of Baltimore, MD; sons, Louis Tominack (Anna) of Athens, AL, David Tuminack of Indian Head, MD; brother, Rick Provenzano (Debbie) of New Cumberland, WV; grandchildren, Sarah and Andrew Tominack, Tony and Marisa Tuminello.

There will be no visitation. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
