Ruby P. Neff

RUBY P. NEFF, 92, of Weirton, WV passed Sunday December 17, 2023 at home. She was born May 5, 1931 in Reynoldsville, WV, daughter of the late George R. and Daisy Myers Campbell. She was also preceded in death by husbands, Clifton G. Cain (1977) and Johnie E. Neff (2007); brothers, Frank, George, Virgil, Jason and Arlen Campbell; sisters, Annabelle Taylor, Lou Lipscomb and Ethel Mancini.

Ruby is survived by sons, William Boyd Cain, Giles Eugene Cain, Clifton Gene Cain, Jr., and Dimond Cain; stepson, Donald E. Neff; stepdaughters, Sandra Chapman (David) and Roberta Jean Neff; sisters, Dolly Stoop and Mary Jane Dalton; 23 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday December 21, 2023 from 1pm-3pm and 5pm until time of service at 7pm at Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home, 380 Penco Road, Weirton with Pastor James Rhodes presiding. Interment will take place at Center Point Cemetery in Doddridge Co., WV.
