SALLY M. WAIN, 66 of Weirton, WV passed away unexpectedly Friday March 23, 2018 at home. She was born February 2, 1952 in Summit, NJ. The daughter of the late Angel Mario Peralta and Milagros Garcia Peralta.
Sally was a member of American Legion Post No.10, Weirton, WV.
Surviving are her husband, Jeffrey Jay Wain; daughters, Kimberly Ann Wain (Logan Russell) of Bluefield, WV, Melissa Zukowski of Catasaqua, PA, Deena Palma; son, Warner Zukowski of Tyler, TX; grandchildren, Riley, Sophia, Charlie, and Isabella; sister, Gloria Peralta; brothers, Mario Peralta, Robert Peralta.
Visitation will be Sunday March 25, 2018 1:00-3:00 & 6:00-8:00 p.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV where the funeral and committal services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Kevin L. Bowers presiding.
