SARA CLARINDA ROBINSON, 71 of Weirton, WV passed away Sunday March 5, 2017 at Valley Hospice Care Center North, Steubenville, OH. She was born September 13, 1945 in Weirton, WV. She was the daughter of the late James Paul Hukill, Sr. and Barbara Inez Owens Hukill. Sara was also preceded in death by her husband of over 46 years, Kenneth Wayne Robinson (4-24-2012); sister, Tillie Jean Kuzma; brothers, Joseph Hukill, Jack "Jick" Hukill.
Sara was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene; Red Hats society; an avid photographer and member of local photo clubs. She was a graduate of Wheeling Jesuit College with a bachelors degree in nursing. She retired as a registered nurse from Weirton Medical center in the skilled care unit.
Surviving are her sons, Steven H. Robinson (Jill) of Weirton, WV, Gregory W. Robinson of New Cumberland, WV, Lee G. Robinson (Gina) of Oberlin, OH; brother, James P. Hukill of Weirton, WV; sisters, Sandra Davis (Kenneth) of Homosassa, FL, Jane Hukill DelGuzzi of Fort Lauderdale, FL; grandchildren, Hays, Bethany, Sierra, Cortny, Sydney, Kenzey, Bradey; great grandchildren, Arabella and Elana.
Visitation will be Wednesday March 8, 2017 at the First Church of the Nazarene, 475 Colliers Way, Weirton, WV 4:00 p.m. until time of the memorial service at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Larry Barkley and Pastor Brian Richardson presiding. Inurnment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Church of the Nazarene, 475 Colliers Way, Weirton, WV 26062. Cremation and funeral arrangements have been entrusted to STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Weirton, WV.
