SHIRLEY RAE DAYOUB, 82 of Weirton, WV passed away Thursday May 3, 2018 at Brookdale Lakeview Crossing, Groveport, OH. She was born July 13, 1935 in Tyler County, WV. The daughter of the late Jefferson and Biddie Yeater Dotson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George A. Dayoub, Jr.(6-29-2013); grandson, George Zanes III; brother, Charles Dotson.
Shirley was a member of the Weirton Heights Church of Christ. She also was a volunteer at the Brooke County Animal Shelter. Shirley was a most loving mother and grandmother.
Surviving are her daughters, Julie Dennis (Jim) of Weirton, WV, Patricia Shivener (Greg) of Reynoldsburg, OH, Danita Hayes of Paden City, WV; stepdaughters, Susan Ajamian (Paul) of Roswell, GA, Judy Richards (Nino) of Powell, OH, Sandy Zanos (George) of Wellsburg, WV; stepson, James Dayoub (Joan) of Weirton, WV; sister, Edith Welch (Bill) of Annandale, VA; ten grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sunday May 6, 2018 1:00-4:00 p.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV where the funeral will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Evangelist Tom Derby presiding. Inurnment will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
