Stephen A. Stacy

STEPHEN A. STACY, 65, of Weirton, WV, formerly of Chesapeake, VA, passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at Weirton Medical Center. He was born July 10, 1958 in Chillicothe, OH. Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, William J. Stacy and Yvonne D. Morrison Stacy.

Stephen was a retiree from the City of Chesapeake. He loved everything about sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates and Penguins.

Stephen is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Denise Bailish Stacy; his sister, Cheryl L. Chapman (Ray) of Weirton; nephew, Scott A. Chapman (Melodie); nieces, Ashley, Brittney, and Chelsey Chapman of Weirton; niece, Holly N. Kulbacki (Jeffrey); nephews, Sterlin and Steven John Kulbacki of California; and sister-in-law, Elaine Kuehl (Calvin).

Viewing will be held Monday, November 27, 2023 from 11:00 AM until the service at 12:00 PM at Highland Hills Memorial Gardens, 401 Archer Hill Road, Follansbee, WV 26037. Entombment will follow. Arrangements entrusted to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home.
