Steven Juran Keplinger, Jr.

STEVEN JURAN KEPLINGER, JR., 47, of Weirton, WV, formerly of Galivants Ferry, SC, passed Monday, January 13, 2025 at Weirton Medical Center. He was born April 13, 1977 in Steubenville, OH, son of Steven Juran Keplinger, Sr. and the late Judith Anne Scott Keplinger (2020).

Steven is an Army National Guard Veteran. He was with the West Virginia National Guard in Wheeling. Steven received a degree in Culinary Arts. He recently worked for the City of Weirton, Sanitation Board.

Including his father, Steven is survived by his son, Steven Juran Keplinger III; brother, Branden Keplinger (Brooke); nieces and nephews, Lillianne and Sydney Keplinger, Dalton Hutt, and Natalie Gallup; and mother of his son, Candice Gallup.

Per Steven’s wishes, there will not be a visitation at this time. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Weirton, WV. Inurnment and Military Honors will take place at the Florence National Cemetery, Florence, SC, in the near future.
