Susan D. Allen

SUSAN D. ALLEN, 73, of Weirton, WV, passed away Wednesday October 18, 2023 at Valley Hospice, Steubenville. She was born August 7, 1950, daughter of the late Cornelius and Agnes Augustine Heinen. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Patrick N. Allen (2013); 2 brothers and 4 sisters.

Susan was a talented artist who loved painting in her free time.

She is survived by son, Andrew Allen and brother, Joe Heinen.

Per Susan’s wishes, there will be no visitation at this time. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
