Susan Christine Lipke

SUSAN CHRISTINE LIPKE, 97, of Weirton, WV, passed Monday, June 2, 2025 at Valley Hospice North, Steubenville, OH. She was born February 17, 1928 in Cascara, WV, daughter of the late Leslie Clarence Riffee and Jessie Marie Stackpole Riffee. She is also preceded in death by her loving husband of 66 years, Donald Lawrence Lipke (Jan. 2022); sisters, Joan Volosin and Jean Newman; and brothers, Don Riffee and Sonny Riffee.

Susan was a very active member of Resurrection Lutheran Church in Weirton until its closure. She worked for 13 years as an Insurance Representative with Aide Association for Lutherans.

Susan is survived by her daughter, Donna Lipke; sons, Lawrence Lipke (Judy) and Paul Lipke; grandson, David Michael Lipke; and great-grandchildren, Rose and Owen Lipke.

Per Susan’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Weirton, WV.
