Thelma I. Long

THELMA I. LONG, 93 of Paris, PA passed away Thursday December 1, 2016 at The Donnell House, Washington, PA. She was born June 28, 1923 in Richwood, WV. She was the daughter of the late James Henry Davis and Orpha Hoover Davis. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ward A. Long (1992); brothers, Denzil, Keith, and Oliver Davis.

Thelma was a member of The First Church of the Nazarene.

Surviving are her son, J.Bruce Long (Carole) of Weirton, WV; grandson, Jamie Long, also of Weirton, WV; great grandson, Sutton Long of PA; sister, Dolores Garrett of PA; brothers, David Davis of FL, Noble Davis of PA, Roger Jerome Davis (Pat) of OH.

Visitation will be Sunday December 4, 2016 4:00-8:00 p.m. at STEEL & WOLFE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 380 Penco Road, Weirton, WV where the funeral/committal services will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Kevin L. Bowers presiding. Burial will be in Paris Cemetery, Paris, PA.
