Timothy R. Handley, Sr.

TIMOTHY R. HANDLEY, SR., 66, of Weirton, WV, passed Thursday, October 10, 2024, at Valley Hospice, Steubenville. He was born September 19, 1958 in Wellsburg, WV, son of the late Raymond and Beverly Lou Wilke Handley. He is also preceded in death by sisters, Karen Ravotti and Charlene Isleman.

Timothy is a US Navy veteran on the USS Canopus Goose Creek 79. He worked at Tropicana Glass Plant in Florida before working at Washington Penn Plastics. He enjoyed building model cars and trucks, diamond arts, camping and fishing.

He is survived by his loving wife, Rose Ann Chiodi; daughter, Melissa Hulbert (Ron); sons, Raymond Handley (Holly), Jarred Handley (Sherri), Andy Handley (Chris), Joshua Handley (Ashley), and Timothy Handley, Jr. (Sammy); many grandchildren; and sisters, Cindy Orwick (late Greg) and Valerie Scott (Bob); sisters-in-law, Paula Parr, Mary Ann Taylor (Doug), Toni Ann Child (Landau), and Lisa Applegate (Bill); and several nieces and nephews.

Per Timothy’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Steel & Wolfe Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Weirton.
